How we handle your data.

Short, honest, and UK GDPR compliant. We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry — and we don't share it with anyone.

Last updated: April 2026 · MarsAI Ltd

1. Who we are

MarsAI is a founder-led booking operations service for hospitality venues, operating in the United Kingdom. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR.

If you have any questions about this notice, contact us at keaton@hellomarsai.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect data you give us directly through the contact form on our website, or via direct correspondence. That includes:

  • Your name
  • Your work email address
  • The name of your venue or hospitality group
  • The type of engagement you're interested in (audit, pilot, or unsure)
  • Your approximate booking enquiry volume
  • Anything else you choose to write to us

We do not collect payment information through the website. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run advertising pixels.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information you provide for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if appropriate, to scope and deliver an engagement with your venue. The legal basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interest — you've contacted us asking for a service, and we need this information to provide it.

4. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across websites. Plausible only counts page views and traffic sources in aggregate. No consent banner is required because no personal data is processed.

5. Who sees your data

Your enquiry data is seen by the founding team only. We do not share it with third parties for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose. We do not sell data. Form submissions are processed via Formspree, which acts as a data processor on our behalf and routes the message directly to our inbox.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and (if applicable) deliver the engagement, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and follow-up purposes. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Ask what data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Ask us to stop processing your data
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

To exercise any of these rights, email keaton@hellomarsai.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data you give us. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not retain data we don't need, and access is limited to the founding team.

9. Changes to this notice

If we update this notice, the "last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

10. Contact

For any privacy question, write to keaton@hellomarsai.com. We're a small team and we read everything.
