Mission Control

The Venue Operating System.

MarsAI answers enquiries while the desk is shut. Mission Control is where you see what it did overnight and sign off what it is not allowed to send alone. This one runs on a real venue’s enquiries. Click anything.

Real data This runs on the real enquiry record of Brickhouse Social in Manchester — the venue Keaton owned and ran. The volumes, the times they landed, the party sizes, the rooms, the package prices and the mix of what people ask for are all taken from its own inbox and its own documents. The people are invented and no customer’s message is reproduced. MarsAI never ran this inbox; what you are looking at is what it would have done with a real night’s enquiries.

Five things worth noticing

The demo is small on purpose. These are the parts that change how a venue runs.

It works while the desk is shut
Across 3,211 real enquiries to this venue, 38% arrived outside 09:00 and 17:00 and 15% between 8pm and 7am. On the night in the demo, eight landed after the desk closed. Four were answered without anybody.
You keep the yes
A value ceiling, a confidence floor and a sensitive list decide what MarsAI may send alone. A £210 lunch goes out on its own; a £640 partner dinner waits for you. Change the ceiling on the Rules screen and watch what it would have sent change with it. Nothing books itself.
Every action is on the record
The activity log is written once. Entries cannot be edited or deleted — not by you and not by MarsAI. Approve something in the demo and watch the entry appear.
It knows what to add, and when not to
MarsAI holds your real price list, so it spots the arrival drinks nobody quoted for at £4.50 a head, or the forty guests standing all evening on the lightest buffet. It also knows when to keep quiet — nothing is offered on a refund complaint, and nothing is stacked on top of a minimum-spend conversation that has not happened yet. You set the list of what it may offer.
It is not a chatbot
No widget and no bot voice. MarsAI reads the enquiry, prices it against your real menus, checks the book and writes the reply in your words — down to the sign-off this venue actually used. Then it stops and waits for you.
